Few hours spend in this interactive theater will be equivalent to having complete "window on the world" experience with access to any subject of one's choice in the world of knowledge in arts and sciences in 3D.

This is the new model for education in 21st Century - Multum In Parvo.

There are no textbooks, and everything will be totally and completely interactive in 3D/4D. The Teleimmersion Theater above will become any virtual world on demand as giant surround theater display with complete interactivity.

The American Pavilion will feature all we know about America - its history, arts and sciences and its accomplishments from the very beginning until now in 3D telepresence with tele-immersion.

No need for textbooks, or classroom assignments - the Center will all be run by AI-driven supercomputers that will fully interact with the audience on any subject. The Center will also feature World Film Institute presenting all of cinema's history and achievement ab origine until the present.

WORLD CENTER FOR ARTS, CULTURES & TECHNOLOGY AND WORLD FILM INSTITUTE LOS ANGELES

Even though the general public has not seen the workings of supercomputer such as Cray's XT-5 and XT-6, or HPC (High Performance Computing) this technology is routinely rented by scientists and governments on hourly basis. Bringing full-power of supercomputing to general public will not only revolutionize education and make it entirely ubiquitous around the world, but also bring entire generations and cultures together around the world.

World Center for Arts, Cultures & Technology is a prototype of a new, technology-driven global university and knowledge hub designed to deliver all existing knowledge in 3D/4D using state-of-the-art research and high-end virtual reality environment.

The proposed name for this new university for new millennium that combines state-of-the-art research, visual, aural, kinetic and computing center is World Center for Arts, Cultures & Technology, or simply World Center with its adjoining World Center Research Fund, a non-profit group dedicated to advance state-of-the-art academic research and excellence.

The center will have 3D/4D Teleimmersion pavilions in every major language displaying humanity's history, music, literature, traditions and scientific achievements taking us in virtual reality, holographs/holograms and telepresence presenting all of humanity's knowledge from ancient times through modern times to the present.

The center will also have complete full R&D infrastructure for academic research teams, scholars, scientists along with supercomputing center for administration and general public.
